Our role involves direct interaction with customers throughout every stage of the sales process. We are tasked with identifying customer needs, presenting relevant products or services, and ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end. At times, we reach out to potential customers through cold calling using business directories or client referrals. Alternately, we receive “warm” leads from customers who have already shown interest, which are then directed to the marketing team. To succeed, it is essential to balance building and nurturing customer relationships with actively seeking new business opportunities.

Our motivation is to achieve a specific sales target monthly. The level of effectiveness relies heavily on our skills and job performance.
